Hello, I'm Juliet!
I support children, families and adults through the therapeutic power of music and vibration, in a gentle, safe and deeply human space.
My intention is to offer a simple and reassuring environment where each person can find calm, express themselves, and regain clarity in everyday life.
My approach
-
Presence and care: a sincere, attuned listening that honours each person’s rhythm and sensitivity.
-
Simplicity and creativity: using voice, breath, instruments and silence as natural pathways for expression and regulation.
-
Gentle transformation: soothing the nervous system, cultivating trust, realigning from within and supporting lasting change over time.
My journey
Trained in music and its many languages, I chose to place sound at the heart of care, using music to support development, health and wellbeing within a safe, structured therapeutic relationship.
My approach weaves together music therapy (improvisation, rhythm, active listening) and sound therapy (singing bowls, tuning forks, intuitive instruments) to offer truly tailored support.

My approach
Each session follows a clear, gentle arc: a shared intention for the day, a guided exploration, then a time for integration to come back to oneself and anchor the effects.
Goals are co‑created with families and educational teams, with regular feedback so that everyone has a clear, consistent view of the progress being made.

Based in Triel‑sur‑Seine (Yvelines), I offer sessions at my practice and on‑site support in nearby schools and partner organizations.
