I am passionate about harnessing the universal language of music and vibration to connect, heal and empower diverse individuals.
I create personalised interventions using sound, rhythm and music to address emotional, cognitive and physical needs.
My journey...
While working towards a degree in Music Arranging, I encountered a music therapist specializing in working with autistic children and she welcomed me to observe her at work. Fast forward many years later, I moved to France with my family and decided that it was the best opportunity for a career change.
That short stint with the music therapist made a huge impact and I enrolled at the Centre International de Musicothérapie where I majored in Musical Creativity, Expression and Arts Therapy.
I am also a certified Sound Therapist specialising in sound bath, massage and meditation using singing bowls as well as therapeutic tuning forks.
